We are sure you are aware of Microsoft’s acquisition at the beginning of last year of Event Zero’s UC Commander – our main competitor in the reporting / analytics industry for Skype for Business.
The purchase driver was to embed the reporting into Skype Online (O365) and as a result it has recently come to light that they will be withdrawing from the on-premises market (In line with Microsoft’s big cloud push).
Support for existing Event Zero / UC Commander customers will finish at the end of the year for all customers so we are of course keen to transfer existing customers to MAF ICIMS™.
